Tiffany Ceasor is an applied AI researcher, technology executive, and entrepreneur with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and cloud architecture. She founded Scarlet LLC to bring advanced data intelligence capabilities to government and enterprise environments where conventional integration approaches fall short.
Tiffany currently serves as Vice President of Growth and Technical Mission Strategy at Rividium Inc and as Program Director and Professor of Practice in AI at The Academy, where she teaches intelligence, national security, and defense professionals in applied artificial intelligence and cognitive warfare. She previously spent over two years at Dev Technology Group as Technical Director and Director of Data and AI Strategy, where she spearheaded the data architecture strategy behind a $170 million DHS contract award for the TSA Federal Air Marshal Service IT system.
Before that, Tiffany spent nearly five years at Microsoft as an AI Software Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, and Research Data Scientist, where she designed end-to-end intelligence and analytics systems, built compliant data pipelines supporting millions of users daily, and led the founding research behind the Microsoft African Research Institute.
She is the founder of TSAR (Technological Society of Applied Research), a nonprofit advancing trustworthy and applied emerging technology research, and is completing a PhD in Computer Science at Florida Atlantic University, with a dissertation establishing formal verification methods for behavioral consistency in neurosymbolic AI systems — mathematically rigorous safety guarantees for mission-critical AI deployments.
A nationally recognized speaker and guest lecturer at the University of Maryland on ethical AI and large language models, Tiffany brings the technical depth to build Scarlet Sentinel and the operational experience to understand precisely where it matters most.
